AESTHETIC ACUPUNCTURE IS NOT JUST ANY EXPERIENCE

It is a treatment with results that can be felt and seen. Inserting ultra fine acupuncture needles to create a small wound, increasing micro circulation and encouraging the skin cells to turn over; triggering fibroblasts vital in the production of collagen and elastin while relaxing the connective tissue between the skin and muscles. The needles are inserted in specific locations to help the facial muscles that are tight to relax, as well as activate the muscles that have weakened, causing the face to sag and droop.

RED LIGHT THERAPY – (RLT)

Once the facial needles are inserted, an LED Red Light Therapy, (RLT), is added to offer your skin another touch of health and youth. We use a FDA approved medical LED device. Red light therapy involves having low-power red light wavelengths emitted directly through the skin. This process cannot be felt, and is not painful because it does not produce any heat.The red light is absorbed into the skin to a depth of about 8 to 10 millimeters, at which point it has positive effects on cellular energy (ATP), the nervous system and metabolic processes.RLT increases blood circulation, helping to bring more oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and cells. It improves natural collagen and fibroblasts production, two components that are important in a youthful skin appearance.Tissues are repaired and natural healing is achieved, as well as a lowering of oxidative stress, something highly associated with the aging process.

Micro-Current Therapy

Micro-current technology has been around since the 1800’s as a treatment for damaged tissues and muscles. But when a physician of a Bell’s palsy patient noticed that the face of his patients appeared much smoother and younger looking after receiving micro-current therapy, one of the world’s first high-tech aesthetic treatments was born.Our micro-current therapy emits extremely low-voltage electrical currents (hence ‘micro’ current), which mirror your own body’s electrical currents, on a cellular level to repair damaged skin and stimulate collagen and elastin production.
